STAY THE COURSE
Summer is here and the planned holidays are right around the corner. People are packing their things getting ready to go to Ibiza, Greece, or maybe even Miami. Or maybe you're sitting at home waiting for a music festival to come your way so you and your friends can make a weekend out of it.
You've been so focused in the last couple months in all aspects of your life. You've been in the gym working on your physical health. You've been reading self-help books to keep your mental health in the right place. You have been surrounding yourself with positive people and keeping the negative energy out of your life. Lastly, you've been on a money making spree. Maybe you been getting a killer commission at work or pulling in a lot of clientele at your hair salon.
All that stuff takes a lot of work on your end.
Don't let all the hard work you been doing in the past months just get washed away because you've been sitting at work for two weeks waiting for your holiday to start. It's important to stay the course and continue to focus on your day to day.
I'm not perfect in my own right. I myself was on holiday for almost two weeks in Thailand. I've been running from Island to Island having a blast and eating some amazing food. After all the fun it was very difficult for me to get right back in the groove of things because I was so disconnected. I'm not saying you shouldn't go out there and enjoy your summer and have time with your family and friends. I'm telling you to try your hardest to get back on that course that you were on.
Your journey and your time are very important to you and nobody else. Enjoy these great times and know that there are better times ahead.
